When it comes to returning a damaged/faulty Uccello Grip Mat within the warranty period we would ask that you email our customer care team with:

  • A description of the issue you are having
  • The receipt from purchase (in-store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
  • If possible, an image of the of the damaged/faulty grip mat.

We will then create and pay for a postage label through Royal Mail and email it to you. All you need to do is print the label, stick it onto the box and post it back to us.
Our customer care team will then send out the replacement part or a New Grip mat (depending on the problem) that same day.
