Who pays for the return of my broken/faulty kettle? – Uccello Designs

When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Uccello Kettle within the warranty period (2-year warranty guarantee), we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or the order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
  • The batch code/batch number – you will find on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.
  • If possible, an image of the broken/faulty kettle.

We will then create and pay for a postage label through Royal Mail and email it to you. All you need to do is print the label, stick it onto the box and post it back to us.

Our customer care team will then send out the replacement part or a full new kettle (depending on the problem) that same day.
