When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Muggi Cup Holder within its warranty period (88 years warranty guarantee) we would ask that you email our customer care team (customercare@uccellodesigns.com ) with:
- A description of the issue you are having.
- The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought it from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
- If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty Muggi.
We will then create and pay for a postage label through Royal Mail and email it to you. All you need to do is print the label, stick it onto the box and post it back to us.
Our customer care team will then send out the replacement Muggi (depending on the problem) that same day.
